All Astral purchases are final sale.
We operate on a made-with-intention model — each piece is produced in limited quantities and held to a high standard before it ever reaches you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any orders.
Defective or Damaged Items
We stand fully behind the quality of everything we make. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@projctastral.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will make it right.
Before You Order
We encourage you to review our size guide carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about fit, fabric, or product details, reach out before you order — we’re happy to help.
European Union Orders
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days under EU consumer law, for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase required.
